Several positions at BMWC have well-defined career paths. The best example is the Construction Department. We pursue Project Engineer Interns and Co-ops who upon graduation from a Construction Management or Construction Engineering program are hired as a Project Engineer I. The path flows to Project Engineer II, Project Engineer III, Resident Manager, Project Manager and beyond. The Project Manager position is eligible for equity ownership in BMWC. The opportunity to share in the ownership of this management-owned company is one structural and cultural aspect to BMWC that sets us apart from other construction companies. Through hard work, dedication and results every employee can be promoted and become an owner of the company.
