Career Paths

Several positions at BMWC have well-defined career paths. The best example is the Construction Department. We pursue Project Engineer Interns and Co-ops who upon graduation from a Construction Management or Construction Engineering program are hired as a Project Engineer I. The path flows to Project Engineer II, Project Engineer III, Resident Manager, Project Manager and beyond. The Project Manager position is eligible for equity ownership in BMWC. The opportunity to share in the ownership of this manager-owned company is viewed by many as an attractive “carrot on the stick.”
